With these numnbers you should not forget the 500. That gives 2
effective cards in one slot.

With current (well 5 year old hardware too) you should not be bothered
with output, every machine can handle dvd-streams. Since the haupauge
series generate your mpeg in roughly dvd quality, everyone can hanlde
it. Only for them who need it analog on tape, you need an analog output.
