THANK YOU! This helped for me too. I am on 0.21, so the menus was a
bit different, on the third General Setup Menu I disabled "Sample Rate
Conversion".

Also helped on a couple of videos I had that could not play without skipping.

Also I noticed the softvol-setting. What is this? Is it possible to
use this to change volume? Currently I have the volume on the
tv-remote, but the rest on the mythtv-remote, which is a bit annoying.
What would you put in Mixer Device and Mixer Controls?
