[mythtv-users] How do you speed up screen refreshes in VNC when MythTV (Mythbuntu) is in OpenGL Mode?

Thanks that makes sense.  I still seem to need to use xdamage however
to get quicker VNC when using OpenGL in MythTV.  Applications >
Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Compositor is not on so it does not
appear I have compiz installed.  Cheers.
