You may still have time before the deadline to replace (all) the theme
images with original ones you create (basically you'll need to be done
by midnight US Pacific Standard Time).  You definitely had time since it
was first mentioned to you on Jan 24 (
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/theming/419822#419822 ).

But, if entering the contest isn't your goal with the theme, then you're
well within your rights to use the images from Graphite in a GPL'ed
theme as Graphite was a GPL'ed theme.

Whether it competes in the contest or not, it is a very nice theme, and
we appreciate the effort you put into creating it for MythTV and MythTV
users.
