You didn't mention your location, but there's a DVB version of the HDHR 
available:

I can't say how bulletproof it might be, but the US ATSC/QAM version is 
a great piece of kit, and needs nothing but a network port on the host 
machine.

If it will work in your market, I would highly recommend it.
