It doesn't matter which screen I execute mythfrontend from, you just 
need to tell mythfrontend which screen to display on - it's the 3rd 
option (Display on Screen (1 or2)) on the "Appearance" Settings page 
(you should probably also set the Monitor Aspect Ratio too).

I have Screen 1 to the right of Screen 2 and Screen 2 is set as the 
primary display for the Gnome Menu bars etc.
