Thanks for testing.  I figured it must be working for someone other than
myself although we don't have any tracking on downloads currently so I'd
have no way to know.  Eventually we'd like to keep track of some things so
we can allow user to sort themes by things like completeness, user ratings,
# of downloads, etc..

I guess on the backend there isn't much that uses the config dir, on
the frontend you'd notice this directory was missing much quicker since
the theme image cache is stored under there.
