I've seen the same problem on my setup (DVB-C).
Re-scanning the channels did not resolve the problem (Actually
MythTV-setup was unable to properly detect the channels decryption -
might be related?).
How-ever setting "Always use quick tune" for both my DVB-C cards seems
to work more reliably!
