I don't think so - I used 0.23 almost exclusively with this resolution, 
but still got the issue. Briefly before 0.24 I got a new TV set and I'm 
now using 1920x1080. (I actually would like to go back to 1280x720, but 
[1] is keeping me from doing so, unfortunately.)
