The HDHomeRun now supports multirec.  That allows you to record multiple 
shows simultaneously on the same physical tuner as long as the channels 
exist on the same physical channel.  This is resolved within MythTV by 
exposing the single physical tuner as multiple virtual tuners.  You can 
control the number of virtual tuners through the advanced options in the 
card setup in mythtv-setup.
