I found the issue: my H21 had been setup for a 3-LNB, not Slimline-5, dish. I was only ever receiving a SD signal. I guess I've payed a good chunk of change for service I was never actually receiving. There is now a noticeable difference between the D11 SD and the H21 HD picture.
