I see similar entries in my logs occasionally but without any visible
problems.

My guess is it's a consequence of the recording file being created by one
process and its existence being checked by other(s); the error occurs when
the file hasn't yet been created/unlocked, but a subsequent check does finds
the file and all is OK.
