Will try to grab a couple of screen shots and open one.  Again, it only
occurs with a few videos, but these are consistently unplayable with the
internal player.  I agree with Jean-Yves re: getting the internal player
to the point where it'll play everything (within reason - standard
formats) that we can throw at it.

Could someone point me to the URL for opening tickets?  Thanks.
