[mythtv-users] CableCard /M-Card cutoff what are remaining mythtv options?

Please also understand that by using that card approach you may be 
totally at
the mercy of your service provider.
If you read my other post you will see that I was just cut off by 
Charter after renting their M-card for quite a while.
This is not just the first service cutback from them, it just seems that 
they continually reduce the service level until I raise hell about it 
and then may patch it up again.
So I really want to move to something else.
So , back to the subject line, what are the remaining ( mythtv options )?.
I have good OTA on a few stations so I would be happy by just replacing 
the ISP
but my WAF would drop even lower than it is now ( if that's possible ).
