It's not a php issue.  Apache is telling you that there is a problem with the configuration file.  In fact, it's telling you that somewhere 
around line 107 there is a problem in your mythweb.conf file.  Apache will not start if there is a problem with the config file.

In my mythweb.conf file at 107 are entries starting with php_value.  Take a look there and see if you might have mistakenly hit a key, 
or deleted something, etc.

Once the config file errors are fixed apache will start.  At that time you can check to see if mythweb works.
