Yes I agree, I also do not see the lines shown starting "Halt Command:" and Reboot command:"

I am running vanilla 0.23 with up to date fixes, mythbuntu on 9.10 and 10.04 and none of FE or BE have those line options.  

Did anyone figure this out?  Doe we need to select 0.23.1 and update again?
