The default behavior is to only allow channel changes within a single 
tuner card.  There is an option in the frontend to allow you to browse 
across onto a second tuner tuner card.  Alternatively, you can use the 
key you have bound to 'next tuner', or change tuners through the 
onscreen 'm' menu.
