In the specs from Newegg, it doesn't list an SPDIF out.  The picture on
newegg also doesn't include SPDIF out.  My guess is that they expect people
to run the audio over HDMI for HTPC applications.

One other thing to note about this - this is using the Ion2 architecture,
which has some annoying drawbacks.  IIRC, the Ion graphics chip is only
being fed by a single PCIe lane, so the graphics are more bandwidth-limited
than the original Ion.  This likely does not affect VDPAU, but could affect
CPU-based decoding.
