[mythtv-users] MythTV 0.23 backend suddenly auto-expired a ton of recordings...

My system has been sitting at about 30GB of about 1TB free (this is
the minimum I set for Myth) for quite a while. But for some reason,
starting mid-afternoon on August 11th, for a period of 7 hours, the
backend decided to expire over *250GB* of content. Some of it was
very old, some of it recorded in just the past week (thank goodness
this didn't happen during the fall or winter season), as recently as
the 6th. All the entries simply say this:

2010-08-11 20:51:15.799 Expiring 2463 MBytes for 1043 @ Thu Aug 5
13:00:00 2010 => <recording name>

But there are some recordings that are older than that, so it's not
like it hit a whole swath of stuff over a range of dates.

So, has anyone encountered this before, or seen reports of it? I
searched my archives of mythtv-users, and nothing obvious popped up,
but I may have missed something. Heck, even some suggestions on what
to look for would be helpful, as this is rather alarming, to say the
least.

Brett.
