Hmmmmm.... well I did the backend and it kind of sucked. The mouse, which
has always been through a KVM, suddenly locks up the GUI on the first
"wiggle". If I just use the keyboard, I can get away with not locking up
the entire GUI (and system?). I've lost my mettle to try the lockup again
during a recording window, so I'll try SSH'ing into the server some other
time after I lock up the machine. Dunno if the backend process is borked
or not.

I'll swing over to the mythbuntu lists to see if there's a mouse/gui issue
of note.

Of note, and why I'm posting, is that all the Myth-related stuff worked
ASAP!!! w00t!
