Put simply - the host "mta31.logicore.net" rejected the message
because <some test> said it's spam. None of us can say why, only the
guys at logicore.net will know what filters they are using and how
they are set. Since you are their customer, you may be able to get an
answer from them by raising a support ticket.
If you do, include the whole headers as forwarded by Mike Perkins so
they stand a chance of finding the delivery attempt and processing
results in their logs. I run a smallish mail server at work - and
even for a server handling only 15k messages/day, finding stuff in
the logs is "an acquired skill" ;) Often in the server logs there
will be more information, such as scoring results from the message
filtering that will say what it's been rejected for.
PS - Mike Perkins, you may not be aware, but as an individual, you
can set an option on your domain registration to hide your contact
details from whois queries ;)
