Ok, first up:

Delete all the paths that you've set up in
Utilities/Setup->Setup>Media Settings->Video Settings->General Settings
As you're using storage groups, using both will only confuse things.

My recollection is that when using storage groups, videos scanned from
any frontend should be visible on all frontends. Logs from
MythFrontend when entering the Videos library would probably be
helpful at this point.
