I'm afraid I don't know: I haven't consciously set one. You said you
had removed PIL, replacing it with python-imaging, so I was mildly
surprised to see the /PIL/ there. I haven't used the python-imaging
package myself. I use the ATrpms repo, but f10 went EOL several months
ago. There was a long thread about PIL - python-imaging conflicts here:

and from that it does appear that p-i uses the /PIL/ location too.
