good news. I suppose we should deal with your technical questions now...

none of which I have any real knowledge of I'm sorry, I hope others can help.

One thing though, IM experience teachers are not particularly non
techno. They will require a bit of training, and possibly a manual,
otherwise you'll be getting calls at all hours...
