interesting; on my T60 laptop it doesn't segfault but it does just havea working OSD with a blank screen and no audio. The frontend I was using was 10.04 zotac ion system. The programme in question was/is x-machines. Other programmes (playing now for instance is tornado row) work fine. strange...
