I haven't seen this, but in my f12 setup  I have modules like this:
/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/PIL/Image.py
/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/PIL/Image.pyc

In f10 it was python2.5

Are yours somewhere appropriate for  your setup?
