[mythtv-users] No window borders in 23-fixes.

I just checked out the current 23 fixes from SVN and upgraded from the 
current 22 fixes from SVN, by make uninstall and then manually removing 
the /usr/local/lib/mythtv and /usr/local/share/mythtv directories and 
then make install for 23.

It seems to be working well with one small exception.  My main combo 
BE/FE seems great.  But on my main workstation in my office, I am in the 
habit of running MythTV in a window so I can minimize it or resize it.  
Myth is coming up in the correct size but the window border and the top 
of the window is not there, and of course I can't resize it or minimize 
it because the window borders and the top part of the window are 
missing.....

I am running FVWM-Crystal on Gentoo on this machine.
