If it's accurate, that's what I'd use to determine ffmpeg/mencoder
parameters.  The .mp4 files I glanced at that I created with ffmpeg using
just "ffmpeg -i file -o file.mp4" are within those, but I suppose it
couldn't hurt to add bitrate/size/fps parameters to be sure.
