[mythtv-users] HDHR suddenly not recording

Sounds like your cable provider moved some channels around.
If the HDHR can't tune, you get zero length files, and those "file cannot be found" messages.   This has happened to me.  Those error messages are not all that helpful and can lead you in the wrong trouble-shooting direction.

Check the channels that didn't record with Live TV in Myth. Do they
tune or do you see a message about good signal strength but you get no
picture.

Your messages are the same ones I got yesterday for the channels
Comcast just encrypted and the HDHR can no longer record. For me it
was everything above channel 33.
