Currently I have:
4FEs (and a fifth built but not turned on)
	- FreeBSD 8.0 P4 1.8 GHz 1GB memory
	- Ubuntu Athlon XP 2400+ GeForce 8600
	- Gentoo 2.8 GHz P4 1 GB memory 7600GT
	- Gentoo 2.6 GHz "Pentium Dual Core", 8 GB memory, 3 Tuners, 2X1TB disks RAID0 (on reiser), 1x500 GB (on xfs), 1x80GB root (on reiser)
1 Master backend (is one of the frontends above) with 3 tuners
2.5TB of non-redundant storage
7TB RAIDz1 FreeBSD box for videos

2.5 TB seems to be enough that I can bear deleting content when it's filled without feeling like I'm losing anything. Hell it's on non-redundant storage because I could care less if lost all the recordings.
