That's interesting.  On the other hand, I noticed a big jump in my
cabinet temp when I moved from recording SD to HD (from ~85F to ~92F).
 I never really could figure it out, and since it didn't seem to have
any major negative consequences -- and the addition of another case
fan brought the temp back down to around 87F -- I never thought too
much about it.  But Scott's question brought it back to mind.
However, it's possible that the 2 issues are not related.
