There is a white or green header on the top of the card to which you
can attach a bracket that offers analog composite and svideo inputs.

This card cannot decode the signal from the satellite.  You can run an
analog output from the set top box into one of the analog inputs.

This card is not the best supported right now, but there are some
recent developments that might interest you.

You can have audio if you are willing to compile the kernel module yourself.

Also, if you have digital cable or an antenna, you should be able to
get your local channels in ATSC or clear QAM on the digital input (DTV
Ant).
