[mythtv-users] Command-line window dimensions?

Hello all,

I have a dual monitor setup (each with different size and resolutions, but
one big virtual desktop) and I want to watch video via mythfrontend on just
one monitor's (or the other's) portion of the desktop.

When I specify "-geometry" on the command line to size and place the window,
it places and sizes the window correctly, but aspect and scaling are all
wrong.

I know that mythfrontend uses millimeter dimensions in its calculations --
indeed, on my other single-display system I use DisplaySize in xorg.conf to
properly specify that. But obviously that's not practical in my
dual-monitor situation (and would mess up other applications).

How can I tell mythfront at launch time to either (a) ignore physical size
and trust me that 1440x810 is 16:9 (for example), or perhaps (b) specify
calculated sizes from the command line?

Thanks for any help!
