Hi,

OK, so, in conclusion the following card are well supported and, "Just Work
TM":

Hauppauge Nova S
Technotrend S-1500
technotrend S-1401
Hauppauge WinTV Nova SE-2 (different from a Nova S?)
TechniSat SkyStar2

Just Work but with caveats:

Hauppauge HVR-3000 : IR remote support may not be possible.
Hauppauge HVR-4000 : immature drivers and application support (S2API)

Thanks everybody, I'll probably go for one of the Just Works (the HVRs are a
bit overkill as no DVB-T reception available)

Regards,

James.
