[mythtv-users] mythbackend processes never completes?

I recently setup my desktop as a slave backend and noticed that the
disk drive was getting accessed quite a bit even when there was
nothing recording. Looking at iotop I noticed four mythbackend
processes going that never seemed to complete. Here's a ps snapshot

It looks like all it does is create the preview for mythweb but they
never seem to complete. This has been going on for over a day.

Any ideas?
