[mythtv-users] Commflagging error

Hi,
commflag works on all of my QAM recordings except for Discovery HD.  After
the process should be done when i look at mythbackend status in mythweb I
see its finished and has found 139 commercials.  Obvousily this is wrong.
 when i look at the recording it shows it has not been flagged.  Is there
some log that i can look at?  Could there be something wrong with the
recording or does the 139 mean something?
