I wonder why TiVo itself doesn't lobby congress more, to avoid this 
very problem. Anyone who purchases a TiVo box is going to be in the 
same boat we Myth users are in. The only mitigating factor for them 
is that many cable systems license their technology. Rampant 
encryption is definitely going to affect their revenue stream, though.
