Last night kormoc did some changes to mythweb trying to improve the
error handling so that it wouldn't have an error itself as it tries to
tell you about another error.  Not sure why you're seeing that.  Did
you remove your entire previous mythweb installation and re-copy with
the new code?  Also make sure you've got all the php modules including
mysql.  Oh and he did more than a few changes on that, check to see
that your mythweb is at least at rev 21904 now.
