Why not just have one job that will do both?  You can use a wrapper
script that will determine either the file type or tuner that was used,
and call the appropriate script...

(Having said that, I'm wondering if integrated HD-PVR commercial removal
is planned for 0.22, whether in the myth code or in nuvexport...)
