No difference I'm afraid.

After manual installation I ran:

    tv_grab_uk_bleb --version
    XMLTV module version 0.5.56
    This is tv_grab_uk_bleb.in version 1.16, 2007/11/04 20:28:15

So I appear to be running the correct version (RPM version is 0.5.54)

Then I try to configure:

    tv_grab_uk_bleb --configure
    using config filename /root/.xmltv/tv_grab_uk_bleb.conf
    getting available channels:
    ##################################################
    Unable to download channels list from
    http://www.bleb.org/tv/data/listings.
    Died at /usr/bin/tv_grab_uk_bleb line 303.

Which is the same as before.
