[mythtv-users] Video works, then doesn't

Hi,
I've just installed Mythbuntu with .21-fixes and after a couple of
days I have a strange problem.  On starting the frontend, the first
recording I choose will play fine.  After that, any others I choose
will play with no video, just audio.  There is also no OSD ... I can
jump forward or back (as heard on the audio) but there is a black
screen.  Even going back to the first recording will not work anymore.
 The previews on all recordings play fine.

Terminal output from this morning is below ... In this example I was
able to play the first recording but the others had black screen.  I
see all the audio-related errors, but audio is working fine so I don't
want to mess with it (without knowing why).  The mythbackend.log
doesn't show anything that looks like an error.
