Nasa,
    If you really needed a "mass update" again but avoid re-downloading 
all your graphics, I would take a different approach.
    
1) Backup your current data base. (Just in case)
2) Change any SG Videos and FE video directories to an empty directory 
or one with no video files.
3( Using the FE rescan and you will empty out all the meta data. (Do NOT 
run Jamu's (-J) janitor option as you would loose all of your graphics)
4) Change your settings for Video and graphics SG and FE settings (if 
any) to how you will finally want them.
5) Do another Jamu -MI mass update. All existing graphics will not be 
re-downloaded. Only textual meta data will be downloaded again.

The negatives of this approach is that you will need to select and/or 
enter all of the TMDB and TVDB numbers which can take a while depending 
on the size of your collection. The advantage is that you are not 
messing with your data base in unpredictable ways. Hopefully you are not 
a ticker until it is broken kind of guy.
