I couldn't get it to scan either at the weekend - not sure if that's because
it wasn't broadcasting at the time.  I added it to the database manually
following instructions from someone on this mailing list iirc:

Obviously check that you aren't using those ids already.  It was working
fine yesterday and I can see future EPG info in there, although I'm not at
home to check right this minute.
