[mythtv-users] Does live preview work in trunk?

After upgrading from -fixes to trunk r22514, I reenabled live preview
in Watch Recordings after noticing the new option to have previews
play using hardware acceleration (given I'm using VDPAU). No
animation, though, whether hardware acceleration is enabled or not. I
also tried switching back to Xv video and (thinking that a theme might
disable the feature) a couple of other themes; no luck. What am I
missing?
