[mythtv-users] HD-PVR IR - is it just for blasting or can it receive too?

Should actually handle at least the full RC-5 codeset like other  
Hauppauge receivers, but I'm fairly sure that's it, no other IR  
protocols.

Yeah, at *least* 2.6.33... Some nebulous "we" still needs to  
investigate the crashes while the IR part is active before it'll get  
merged... (This part of the "we" is a bit short on time to do that  
right now).
