That is correct. For now this card is DVB only (ClearQAM/ATSC and maybe 
DVB-? in non US parts of the world). I use a couple of Pinnacle 800i 
cards that are DVB and software encoders for NTSC until the HVR-2250 
drivers support the hardware encoders on the card. At one point I had 
three software encoders on a PCI bus and it seemed to be too much. There 
is another Hauppuage card that supports both ClearQAM/ATSC and hardware 
encoding NTSC, but I think it is single tuner not dual. Check the Linux
