[mythtv-users] Moving pause OSD to the top of the screen?

I don't have any idea how to move the pause OSD, but when I have had similar
issues in the past I usually just pause the video and then hit the remote
button mapped to the 'ESC' key which removes the OSD without unpausing the
video.
