Off-topic: The assumption is indeed reasonable - with the AUD currently
worth $0.90 USD, it shouldn't even matter that much. The remarkable thing is
that it does. We like to think of it as the "having the nicest beaches" tax.

The reality is that I didn't specify because it wasn't the focus of my
message.
