[mythtv-users] Scripting (or not) Ideas

OK, I got my simple remote working, and I think I know how to make the
buttons run scripts.
And I found this page with scripts:

which are cool, but I think what I want do is, I don't know, closer to
navigating?

But then I thought, well, if I could keep the remote from going out of the
"watch recordings" menu, I'd be set. So all I need to do is figure out how
to either allow the remote to exit the currently watched program but not
exit to the main menu OR configure a button to flip to another recording.

Thoughts?
