 my WakeupTimeFormat is yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm but I'm using acpi (looks
like you're using nvramwakeup)
SetWakeuptime is mythshutdown --setwakeup $time

I used to use nvramwakeup and used this guide to configure both that and acpi..
